The Cornish Pastiche

Ingredients:
- 40ML: Tarquin’s Cornish Pastis
- 100ML: Pressed apple juice
- 20ML: Fresh lime juice
- GARNISH: Mint sprigs & lime wedges
Method:
- Gently muddle your lime and mint at the bottom of a thick glass
- Add cubed ice and pour over your Tarquin’s Pastis.
- Top up with apple juice
- Stir well with a bar spoon to combine all the flavours together
