Cornish Picante
Our Cornish take on the legendary Picante. We're Cornish Sea Salt obsessed.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Tarquin's Mexican Zest & Salt Gin
- ½ fresh red chilli
- 25ml honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- Garnish: Fresh chilli
- Garnish: Fresh lime wedge
- 
Garnish: Cornish Sea SaltMethod:Coat the rim of a chilled Rocks glass with lime juice and dip in Cornish Sea Salt to coat.
 Bash the chilli with a muddler to release the oils.
 Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
 Strain into ice filled rocks glasses. Garnish with a fresh chilli and lime wedge.
