Cornish Picante

Our Cornish take on the legendary Picante. We're Cornish Sea Salt obsessed.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tarquin's Mexican Zest & Salt Gin
  • ½ fresh red chilli
  • 25ml honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • Garnish: Fresh chilli
  • Garnish: Fresh lime wedge
  • Garnish: Cornish sea salt

    Method:

    Coat the rim of a chilled Rocks glass with lime juice and dip in Cornish sea salt to coat.
    Bash the chilli with a muddler to release the oils.
    Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. 
    Strain into ice filled rocks glasses. Garnish with a fresh chilli and lime wedge.
