The Mango Margarita
Our Cornish tribute to the viral Mango Margarita!

Ingredients:
- 50ML: Tarquin's Chilli Mango Gin
- 50ML: Mango Juice or Frozen Mango
- 25ML: Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 20ML: Fresh Lime Juice
- 1-2 SLICES: Fresh Jalapeño
- GARNISH: Jalapeño Slice & Lime Wheel
- SALT RIM: Chilli Sea Salt (Cornish Sea Salt Spicy Marg Seasoning is perfect!)
Method
- Coat the rim of a chilled rocks glass with lime juice and dip in Chilli Sea Salt to coat.
- Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker to release the oils.
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a jalapeño slice and a lime wheel. Yeghes Da!
