The Mango Margarita

Our Cornish tribute to the viral Mango Margarita!

Ingredients:

  • 50ML: Tarquin's Chilli Mango Gin
  • 50ML: Mango Juice or Frozen Mango
  • 25ML: Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 20ML: Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1-2 SLICES: Fresh Jalapeño
  • GARNISH: Jalapeño Slice & Lime Wheel
  • SALT RIM: Chilli Sea Salt (Cornish Sea Salt Spicy Marg Seasoning is perfect!)

Method

  • Coat the rim of a chilled rocks glass with lime juice and dip in Chilli Sea Salt to coat.
  • Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker to release the oils.
  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a jalapeño slice and a lime wheel. Yeghes Da!
