Ingredients:

  • 30 ml TARQUIN'S ‘THE SEADOG’ NAVY GIN
  • 30 ml APEROL
  • 30 ml SWEET VERMOUTH
  • 30 ml COLD BREW COFFEE (optional)
  • ORANGE SLICE (for garnish)
  • cubed ICE

 Method:

  • Add all your wet ingredients to an iced mixing glass
  • Stir down for 20 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
  • Garnish with a twist of orange
