Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tarquin's Strawberry & Lime Gin
  • 1 barspoon of Strawberry Jam
  • 1 barspoon of lemon juice

Method:

  • Combine all your ingredients in a shaker
  • Shake hard with lots of ice until ice cold
  • Double strain into a tumbler with lots of ice
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry
