Ingredients:
- 50 ml TARQUIN'S CORNISH PASTIS
- 15 ml ORGEAT
- 5 ml LEMON JUICE
- ORANGE TWIST (for garnish)
- cubed ICE
Method:
- Place all your wet ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker
- Shake hard for 10 seconds
- Double strain into chilled rock glas
- Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
