Tarquin’s Sloe Bramble
The Classic bramble the Sloe way
Difficulty Rating:
Ingredients:
- 40ml Tarquin's Dry Gin
- 25ml lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 25ml Tarquin's Sloe Gin
Method:
- Add all but the Sloe Gin to a shaker with lots of ice
- Shake hard until deeply chilled
- Strain into a tumbler/filled with crushed ice
- Slowly pour over the Sloe Gin so it doesn’t mix together too much
- Garnish with fresh or frozen blackberries and a sprig of Rosemary
