An Elevated Tom Collins, sweet, warm, citrus notes and sparkling best enjoyed with an afternoon tea.

- 25 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 15 ml ROOIBOS TEA & HONEY SYRUP*
- CHILLED SODA WATER TO TOP
