Passion Fruit Royale
A Cornish takeover of the classic Passion Fruit Martini!

Ingredients:
- 50ml Tarquin’s Passion Fruit and Peach Gin
- 20ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Passion Fruit (scooped out)
- Sparkling Wine
Method:
- Shake all the ingredients (except the sparkling wine) over ice for 20 seconds. Then strain into a chilled coupe glass!
- Finally top with the sparkling wine and garnish with half a passion fruit 🤙
