Tarquin's take on his favourite cocktail... the classic Aviation!

Ingredients
- 50ml Tarquin’s Summer Garden Gin
- 15ml LEMON JUICE
- 10ml CRéME DE VIOLETTE
- 15ml MARASCHINO LIQUEUR
- A few VIOLET FLOWERS
- 1 MARASCHINO CHERRY
- 1 LEMON TWIST
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.
- Shake hard until deeply chilled. Then, double strain into a chilled coup glass.
- Garnish and enjoy... Yeghes Da!
