Bergamot Gin Fizz
Take a sip and transport yourself to the southern coast of Italy!

Ingredients:
- 50ML: Tarquin's Lemon & Bergamot Gin
- 30ML: Sugar Syrup
- 60ML: Soda Water
- 1 Egg White
- GARNISH: Mint Sprig
- GARNISH: Lemon Wedge
Method:
- Combine the gin, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
- Add a cup of ice, shake again and strain into your glass.
- Top with soda water and a few ice cubes before garnishing.
