Bergamot Gin Fizz

Take a sip and transport yourself to the southern coast of Italy!

Difficulty Rating:

Ingredients:

  • 50ML: Tarquin's Lemon & Bergamot Gin
  • 30ML: Sugar Syrup
  • 60ML: Soda Water
  • 1 Egg White
  • GARNISH: Mint Sprig
  • GARNISH: Lemon Wedge

Method:

  • Combine the gin, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Add a cup of ice, shake again and strain into your glass. 
  • Top with soda water and a few ice cubes before garnishing.
