Tarquin's Gingerbread Fizz
Gingerbread in Liquid Form

Ingredients:
- 50ml TARQUIN'S GINGERBREAD GIN
- 15ml FRESH LIME JUICE
- 15ml FRESH GINGER SYRUP*
- 2 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS
- 1/2 FRESH EGG WHITE (or alternative vegan foamer)
- SODA WATER to top
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to your shaker apart from the soda
- Add lots of ice cubes
- Reverse dry shake (shake until ice cold, strain, remove ice, then shake again with no ice)
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes
- Top Up with the Soda to activate the foam
- Garnish with a long shard of Ginger bread, resting over the foam...YEGHES DA!
Ginger Syrup:
- Heat a pan with 1 cup of water to a simmer with a thumb sized piece of sliced fresh ginger
- After 10-15 minutes, remove the ginger
- Dissolve equal amounts of sugar to the liquid in a 1:1 ratio
- Bottle and allow to cool in the fridge
