Tarquin's Black Cherry 75

Ingredients:
- 25ml Tarquin's Black Cherry Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 150ml Brut Sparkling Wine
- Fresh Cherry {for garnish}
Method:
- Add all ingredients (except sparkling wine) into a shaker with lots of ice and shake until deeply chilled
- Double strain into a chilled flute and top up with your sparkling wine
- Garnish with a fresh cherry or a lemon twist
