Ingredients:

  • 50ml TARQUIN'S GINGERBREAD GIN
  • 150ml FEVER TREE MEDITERRANEAN TONIC
  • 15ml ROOIBOS TEA & HONEY SYRUP*
  • GARNISH: ORANGE WEDGE & ROSEMARY

Method:

  • Build in an iced copa glass or highball
  • Garnish...YEGHES DA! 

Honey Syrup:

  • Brew 1 mug of rooibos tea for ten minutes, then remove the tea bag
  • Dissolve local honey with the warm tea in a 1:2 ratio 
  • Bottle and allow to cool in the fridge
