Gingerbread T&T
Keeping it simple and warming

Ingredients:
- 50ml TARQUIN'S GINGERBREAD GIN
- 150ml FEVER TREE MEDITERRANEAN TONIC
- 15ml ROOIBOS TEA & HONEY SYRUP*
- GARNISH: ORANGE WEDGE & ROSEMARY
Method:
- Build in an iced copa glass or highball
- Garnish...YEGHES DA!
Honey Syrup:
- Brew 1 mug of rooibos tea for ten minutes, then remove the tea bag
- Dissolve local honey with the warm tea in a 1:2 ratio
- Bottle and allow to cool in the fridge
