Tarquin's Gin x Cornish Chillies
When Tarquin started Cornwall's first gin distillery in over 100 years, he had a vision: to champion the very best of Cornish craft and flavour. That's why, when we set out to create Chilli Mango Gin, there was only one choice for our chillies - our friends at Cornish Chillies. We've been working closely with Scott and Sue Hall, the award-winning founders of Cornish Chillies, and the results are something truly special. From their farm nestled in the rolling Cornish countryside, they've been growing over 50 varieties of exceptional chillies since 2010. What began as a small greenhouse project has grown into one of Cornwall's leading chilli farms - and their Jamaican Yellow Chillies are the perfect match for our latest limited edition.
Scott and Sue farm sustainably and in harmony with the land around them, cultivating each chilli with care from seed to harvest. Their Jamaican Yellow Chillies bring a slow-building, warming heat that doesn't overpower - the perfect complement to sweet, juicy mango and fresh lime. You can taste every bit of that care and commitment in each bottle of our summer limited edition.
