Tarquin's Gin x Padstow Kitchen Garden
When Tarquin started Cornwall's first gin distillery in over 100 years, he had a vision: to champion the very best of Cornish craft and flavour. That's why, when we set out to create Mojito Gin, there was only one choice for our mint - our friends at Padstow Kitchen Garden. We've been working closely with Ross Geach, the founder of Padstow Kitchen Garden, and the results are something truly special. Just three miles from Distillery HQ, Ross - a 7th-generation farmer and formerly head chef at Rick Stein's down the road - supplies some of the finest local businesses in Cornwall with seasonal fruit and vegetables, and his fresh Cornish mint is the perfect match for our latest limited edition.
Ross farms with the same care and intention we put into every bottle we distil, growing each crop with a rare combination of culinary instinct and deep agricultural knowledge. His Cornish mint brings a bright, clean freshness that's unmistakably of this place - the perfect foundation for a gin built around the mojito serve. You can taste every bit of that care and commitment in each bottle of our summer limited edition.
