We are so proud to once again partner up with the legends at Holborn Dining Room to launch another super-special limited edition. This time to celebrate our joint love of Negronis!

Holborn Dining Room is famous for offering London’s largest collection of gin and their talented team are renowned for mixing up the most cracking gin cocktails. So, we knew this partnership would result in something special…

Bringing together Holborn Dining Room’s mixology expertise with Tarquin’s passion for pushing flavour boundaries & creating tiny-batch limited editions.

It’s taken 2 years of experimenting to perfect our new recipe! With the team at Holborn Dining Room even venturing down to our Padstow Gin School to join Tarquin and experiment on our tiny copper pot stills!

After countless taste tests, we are so proud of the final result! Distilled in one tiny batch with spiced oranges, bay leaves and lemon thyme in Tarquin’s flame-fired copper pot stills at our Distillery HQ on the wild Cornish coast.

At a brilliant 47% ABV, this fresh & full-bodied gin carries aromas of zesty citrus and bay leaf; with deliciously spicy notes in the body and a subtle smokiness to finish. It’s a perfectly balanced spirit, designed to shine through and elevate the classic Negroni!    

When designing the new bottle, the team at Holborn Dining Room wanted to take inspiration from this recipe's key botanicals: fresh orange & bay leaf. We love the bright colours on this new bottle design!
