Cornish Ginger Blush

Ingredients
- 50 ml TARQUIN'S RHUBARB & RASPBERRY GIN
- 150 ml FEVER TREE GINGER ALE
- FRESH RASPBERRIES (for garnish)
- MINT SPRIG (for garnish)
- cubed ICE
Method:
- Fill a large Tarquin's Copa (balloon) glass with ice
- Add a generous double measure of Tarquin's Rhubarb & Raspberry Cornish Gin
- Then pour over your GINGER ALE
- Give one quick stir with a bar spoon
- Garnish with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries for a simple and refreshing drink
