Tarquin's Paloma
Tall, tangy and refreshing

Ingredients:
- 50 ml TARQUIN'S PINK GRAPEFRUIT & ELDERFLOWER GIN
- 25 ml SUGAR SRYUP
- 75 ml CLUB SODA
- squirt FRESH LIME JUICE
- Juice of half of 1 RUBY GRAPEFRUIT
- cubed ICE
Method:
- Mix the grapefruit juice, gin and sugar syrup until well combined
- Pour over a tall glass filled with ice
- Top up with soda water
- Spritz with a squeeze of lime, garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit
