Ingredients:

  • 50 ml TARQUIN'S PINK GRAPEFRUIT & ELDERFLOWER GIN
  • 25 ml SUGAR SRYUP
  • 75 ml CLUB SODA
  • squirt FRESH LIME JUICE
  • Juice of half of 1 RUBY GRAPEFRUIT
  • cubed ICE

Method: 

  • Mix the grapefruit juice, gin and sugar syrup until well combined
  • Pour over a tall glass filled with ice
  • Top up with soda water
  • Spritz with a squeeze of lime, garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit
