Fresher than fresh, transport yourself to a coastal garden

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin
  • 25ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 75ml Apple Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Mint Sprig (for garnish)
  • Cucumber Ribbon (for garnish)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with lots of ice and shake until deeply chilled
  • Double strain into a high-ball glass filled with ice
  • Garnish with a cucumber ribbon & a sprig of mint
