Tarquin's Blushing Blackberry Spritz
Super simple pre-dinner spritz, perfect for a day at the beach

Ingredients:
- 50 ml TARQUIN'S BLACKBERRY GIN
- 25 ml LEMON JUICE
- 15 ml SIMPLE SYRUP (1:1)
- Top with SPARKLING WINE
- LEMON TWIST {for garnish}
- cubed ICE
Method:
- Add all your wet ingredients (except the sparkling wine) to an iced shaker.
- Shake hard for 20 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled wine glass filled with ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon
