Pink Lemon & Tonic
Perfectly balanced between sweet and dry, a contemporary dry twist on the modern pink G&T

Ingredients:
- 50ml Tarquin's Pink Lemon, Pink Peppercorn and Pink Grapefruit Gin
- 150ml Fever-tree light tonic
- Slice of pink grapefruit (for garnish)
- Sprig of Fresh Rosemary (for garnish)
Method:
- Fill your favourite large glass with ice
- Add Tarquin's Pink Lemon, Pink Peppercorn and Pink Grapefruit Gin
- Add Tonic and lightly stir to combine
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a sprig of thyme
