Pink Lemon Sherbet

Sharp and tangy, one to ignite the senses

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml TARQUIN'S PINK LEMON, GRAPEFRUIT & PEPPERCORN GIN
  • 25 ml LIMENCELLO
  • 15 ml CRANBERRY JUICE
  • 25 ml LEMON JUICE
  • LEMON TWIST (for garnish)
  • fresh ROSEMARY (for garnish)
  • cubed ICE
  • SHERBET (for rim)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Fill with ice and shake hard
  • Double strain into tumbler filled with fresh ice
  • Garnish with a lemon twist & sprig of fresh rosemary
  • To make extra special, rim half the glass with sherbet!
