Pink Lemon Sherbet
Sharp and tangy, one to ignite the senses

Ingredients:
- 50 ml TARQUIN'S PINK LEMON, GRAPEFRUIT & PEPPERCORN GIN
- 25 ml LIMENCELLO
- 15 ml CRANBERRY JUICE
- 25 ml LEMON JUICE
- LEMON TWIST (for garnish)
- fresh ROSEMARY (for garnish)
- cubed ICE
- SHERBET (for rim)
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into tumbler filled with fresh ice
- Garnish with a lemon twist & sprig of fresh rosemary
- To make extra special, rim half the glass with sherbet!
