Ingredients:

  • RIM: Cornish Sea Salt
  • RIM: Lime Wedge
  • 60ML: Tarquin's Mexican Zest & Salt Gin
  • 60ML: Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ML: Lime Juice
  • 7.5ML: Agave Syrup
  • TOP WITH: Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic 
  • GARNISH: Red Grapefruit Wedge

Method:

  • Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your highball, then dip one side in Cornish Sea Salt to coat
  • Build over ice in adding in your Gin, Lime Juice & Agave Syrup.
  • Stir with a barspoon. 
  • Top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
  • Garnish with Red Grapefruit & enjoy! YEGHES DA 🌊🌊🌊
