Paloma & Tonic. Zesty, zippy with a Sea Salt finish. Hello Summer ☀️

Ingredients:
- RIM: Cornish Sea Salt
- RIM: Lime Wedge
- 60ML: Tarquin's Mexican Zest & Salt Gin
- 60ML: Grapefruit Juice
- 15ML: Lime Juice
- 7.5ML: Agave Syrup
 
- GARNISH: Red Grapefruit
 
Method:
- Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your highball, then dip one side in Cornish Sea Salt to coat
- Build over ice in adding in your Gin, Lime Juice & Agave Syrup.
- Stir with a barspoon.
- Top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
- Garnish with Red Grapefruit & enjoy!
